Quo’d are a UK based tribute to one of Great Britain’s all time greatest bands, Status Quo. Quo’d mainly focus on the golden era of Status Quo’s music, from the Piledriver album through to the Blue For You album, although they do often include some of Quo’d later songs.
Quo’d are a four piece band, occasionally five piece bringing keyboards into the mix.
All fanatical Status Quo fans, Quo’d were formed in Southend-On-Sea, Essex in 2015 and have gone on to perform across the UK, including an appearance at the last ever Status Quo Official Fan Club Convention in October 2022 which was held at Butlins in Minehead, the home of Status Quo. The band were introduced on stage there by the legendary Jackie Lynton, co-writer of several Quo classics, including 1978’s top five hit ‘Again Again’. After announcing the band with his now infamous cry of ‘Is there anybody out that want’s to Rock..?!’, Jackie stayed on stage to perform Again Again with them, declaring them to be one of, if not the best Status Quo Tribute band on the circuit.
